That works a treat, better than removing all the cylinder studs which also works. They`re best left in and not disturbed.

Beedspeed Thin Ring Piston vs Grand Sport
Wondering if anyone has any experience of the Beedspeed Competition thin ring piston, seems great value at £48 quid as compared to the more popular proven Grand Sport version at £95 quid. Planning a mild O-tune on my P200e. https://beedspeed.com/collections/vespa-pistons/products/vespa-piston-kit-p2...

Cylinder head Compatability Polossi 210
Gathering up the parts to put together a Polossi 210. Picked up a very cheap Polini barrel/Malossi piston combo so need a head now. Really like the look of the new Polini heads and they are very cheap but I`m wondering if the piston profile of the Malossi piston is the same as the Polini? Anyone kno...

Re: BGM CARB
No need, I have the same set-up as yourself and on the open road I only use full throttle if I`m on my own, never any problems with fuel starvation.

Re: Jetting advice DR180
I`ve done a few with SIP Road pipes, standard jetting apart from an increase on the main to 108.
With the Sterling maybe start a bit higher 112 and work down.
