i fitted a mikuni one onto a vespa and it s the same principal there are 3 connections usually one on each side and one on the top the one on the top operations the diaphram and is connected via a hose to outlet tapped into the crank case (i did mine just below the carb at the back) then the petrol ...

did exactly what it said in the instructions - made double sure the cable was sat correct in the unit and wrapped it round the amount of times it said - but i didn`t tape it i used a tie wrap as it said - could this be problem? i`m using indian electronic (rewired, with italian pickup!) gonna have a...

mines all over the place - it was fine on the stand when i first put it in then on first run out it went mad

i recognise that there will be a delay

sometimes it seems okay then other times it seem badly wrong

going to redo cable before kelso and see what occurs

my 3 ts1`s pwk 28/30, - good alround, good on fuel 34 dellorto - better top end and acceleration - heavy on fuel (than above) 35 Mikuni - smoother delivery and better fuel (than above) each one has its own merits i am about to change the pwk for a mikuni ( which is my personal choice if buying new) ...

i ve got surflex 1062 b in my 3 ts1 engines and have never had any clutch issues gp200 box 19x46 taffspeed exhausts (and a fresco) with mb springs just fitted a surflex green set (not sure of ref number) to TS1 engine for a friend (again used mb springs) as part of a full rebuild and he burnt clutch...

The glovebox has 4 lugs welded on the inside (two top and two bottom) you bolt through the bottoms ones through existing holes in legshields( for mudguard) Two top ones require the holes in the legshield to be drilled but you need to angle them inward to ensure they go behind the horncasting. i got mine from rr graphics (they only do one size)

you can get a vinyl sign maker to do them using old english script to the size you want

i can email you a word document with it ready done
