if it nips that quick you need top end off and a good look - check the piston to bore tolerances, clean the piston up, hone the barrel to correct tolerance and put new rings in who did the work - reputable scooter dealer or local engineering firm - i have seen badly bored barrels that were oval and ...

jeff your not mad - i had one it came on the mk 1.5 px125e i have - it was skimmed so the markings are lost - it was the one that give years of use but sadly cracked in two last year. it was a heavy type with a window and rubber bung. jeff your not mad - i had one it came on the mk 1.5 px125e i have - it was skimmed so the markings are lost - it was the one that give years of use but sadly cracked in two last year. it was a heavy type with a window and rubber bung. think i read somehere that tameni are the same (black) cranks offered by mec that are from from the far east - since mec have pulled out of the traditional scooter parts we`ll probably see more of them appearing

the bgm looks like a nice piece of kit

wonder what kawasaki rod it is ?

the one i have photo`d is a p2 but they are exactly the same pipe with a different u bend - i have a t5 u bend

the mounts on the micron are mini exhaust/engine mounts and are a unf thread - size very similar to a m8 (uses 13mm spanner) - same used on most mikecks you can buy them at most motor factors or off ebay they are relatively cheap and always have a spare set with you ! something else to note is that ...

mine was always a good fit including a spare wheel - cant remember off the top of my head as its been a while since i used the micron

i`ve got one in the garage all set up as i took it off - i`ll have a look tomorrow
