Some bearings have very little or no chamfer on the edge which makes fitting the seal difficult.

I found plenty of grease and a small pick used carefully works. Some of the cheaper seals are not as flexible as Rolf.

Theres a chap in Cumbria (Brampton) who has the original vespa frame jig - give him a bell

I think he's called john McLaughlin, ive not got a number but I think he will be on facebook.

Beedspeed ones are unbranded Taiwanese SIP Grand Sport made by reputable company Meteor.

I know what I would use.....

What model is It ? Older small frames had nuts welded inside the frame with caps over them. Obviously yours hasn't or you wouldn't be asking. If i were doing it id just use a riv nut, (m8) you should install them with a special tool but you can do a cheat, have a look on YouTube. Easy job, good look.

The tuner who did mine wasn't worried, but i was so even after chamfering the ports i couldn't rest easy, i ran it in then swapped....i sleep easier now as it's something off the worry list when riding !!

Just had a look on AF site and RB20 Wossner they are offering appears to the pegs outside the windows on the piston, loads future apart than the red lines you show
