is this overtuned then, i matched the size of the cylinder transfers to the ports on the cylinder, its a rotax cylinder from a snowmobile

at a rough guess your front sprocket is too big, go down 1 tooth and road test it, should then pull in 4th gear

I built an rb20 for a friend of mine and had exactly the same problem with those studs, he was advised by the person he got them from to drill the holes out in the brand new barrel, I advised him that I wasn't doing that and got some thinner studs, its also a well known problem for the 4 point seize...

This is a real 'scientific' response :P Using some decades old Boots scales we found in a skip, a full frame weighs 39 lb. The cutdown that I have has narrowed legshield support struts, a 4" lowered headstock, all of the rear board support struts but it has been cut behind the seat in a vee, pointy...

anyone got a rough idea how much a bare lambretta li series 3 frame weighs, its a cut down with no struts or panels, ex race frame, cheers

ive got the wassel conversion on one of mine and it works very well, you cannot better a dc system with a battery, good lights good horn and power for other things as well, you might find pathfinders could drain the battery if you ride with them on, if you can change the bulbs in them to led bulbs i...

Full DC ignition with external pick up. Far more stable and robust. Add a kytronik if you want retsrd. ive got the same set up on my rotax, stator only uses the lighting coils to charge the battery, scootronics dc coil and cdi unit and external pick-up. all runs directly from the battery, have used...
