Re: PX forks into series 2

The reason I asked the question about PX forks into a series 2 is due to the disc brake. Piaggio must have developed a disc brake for the p range that works efficiently. The caliper and disc I presume are specific for the wheel size. Same size as lambrettas. I am wondering will they work on lambrett...

Re: outboard disc kit from beedy

Hi I have just been reading this post. I am considering buying a disc conversion. Did the beedspeed set up work. Are you happy with it. Is it worth buying. I have been on the lcgb site reading and from what I can see the disc system was designed for a bigger wheel, producing too much power meaning t...

Re: PX forks into series 2

Yes I have seen that. That's a gp frame they are slightly shorter on the steering column aren't they.

Re: sil gp crankshaft

Thanks guys. I not had time to ring yet, been busy fitting laminate flooring :\.
Cost of a Conrod kit appears to be more than a new MEC crank.
I will ring and see what they say.

sil gp crankshaft

I bought a sil gp 200 crank off fleabag 5 years or so ago.
I want to eventually rebuild my li150 s2 and make it 175 or 185.
Should I ditch the crank? Get a new big end and conrod or buy a crank.
If replacing con rod do you have any recommendations as to what size or who does it and cost?
