When fitting a 60 stroke crank does ignition timing change;ie,iff timing is set at 18 deg btdc with a 58 stroke and then a 60mm stroke crank is used does stator stay in the same place, and do you still get 18 deg.

Darren here from lambretta Club of South Australia,I have always tuned my own cylinders ,jap piston conversions etc,I always intended to use a suzi pe 250 piston and ape rod with this kit but ended up using it as it is ,the more i mess with it [ports] the better it gets ,i am getting very concerned ...

Derek ,Darren here from Lambretta Club of South Australia , i have used these cranks on suzi 185 stage 5 motors before [gp150 type] same rod and end float,these cranks are stronger than you think ,just shim the small end up and away you go

Darren here from the Lambretta club of South Australia,is it possible to remove the thick steel ring around the variatronic flywheel ,just wondered if anybody has done this.
