Unscrew the valve and blow to inflate. Screw valve in to seal the air in. As for pressure you will be surprised by how little you will need. Inflate the seat and seal the valve,sit on it and carefully open the valve letting air out till you can barely feel the cushion or until you arrive at a level ...

A koso rpm signal filter could tidy up the performance. Have you tried wrapping the signal wire on the HT lead ? What's the reading like there? Resistor or non resistor spark plugs can make a difference as can the routing of the signal wire keep it away from the magneto. I've had issues with my tach...

Could any of the electrical gurus tell me the gauge of cable required to manufacture a loom. Is 25amp 2mm sq thin wall insufficient, overkill or just right.
