I wouldnt have thought so, they dont produce a great deal of hores power if left standerd, unless of course you know youv got a cheap and nasty crank in. what crank have you got in there, regards.

Ive got one [200] ive had on 2 engines and to be honest its fairly guttless, but if your only concern is heat siezes then its fine, ive had mine flat out for mile after mile with no trouble at all. Martin [corrado], are you going to adwick [doncaster] parts fair tomorrow and if so have you got a prototype of the cast inlet you can take for me to have a look at. i have a spare RB22 barrel and piston and iam looking to buy an inlet for it, hopefully new and inproved , regards, gary.

Sean,s right imo, use martin at chiselspeed, he,s done 3 for me upto now and ive had no trouble with any of them, in fact iam still running the first one he did and its been in a Rapido Race and 2 mugellos, its got a MEC 107mm rod in that one :D , but what ever rod he puts in it,ll be OK, he doesent...
