Re: EXOL.............Again???????

I had exactly the same problem with exol.

On the other hand, many many people use it regularly with no problems at all.

I do tend to run my scoots on the rich side, maybe the stuff builds up if there's too much in there. Who knows?

Re: Scomadi TL200 vs GTS300 1,000 miles and dyno

https://youtu.be/gueIZx89PMI Exactly! They'll all get to sixty in well under 3 seconds, as will most mid sized bikes. But if a bloke down the pub says their 18hp auto can beat a 100hp+ bike then it must be true. What I will say though is that I'm often amazed how slow people react to traffic lights...

Re: Muscle Problems Working on my Scoots

My scooter related issues are 'trigger finger' which is where you fingers get stuck in the closed position....... Mine have started doing that in the last week or so but they get locked open as well. It's weird, its like my finger joints have over stretched and locked. Ain't old age a pisser! +1 on...

Re: Scomadi TL200 vs GTS300 1,000 miles and dyno

A GTS leaving most superbikes at the lights? Amazing how often that gets said. Any time a modern motorbike over 250cc is beaten away from a standstill by a GTS the rider is either not aware that you were racing, aware but not playing silly games or asleep. I commute into central London every ...

Re: Stuck Rings

Had exactly the same problem with exol. No idea whether it was the oil or running too rich or too high a concentration of oil or all of the above.

They were nigh on impossible to get out too.

That would depend on what you're comparing it to.

Re: Scomadi TL200 vs GTS300 1,000 miles and dyno

I'll have a read, but the GTS 300 is blooming quick. I have had one for 6 years now riding everyday into London on it and although I like the look of a Scomadi I was never convinced it would be quick enough for me Really? I find them just not quite quick enough. On the motorway they go at just a sm...

Re: Boris

The whole referendum was a con. It turns out that Boris wanted to lose, Gove wanted to lose and Corbyn actually voted against himself. It seems the only person who supported the side that they publicly campaigned for was Farage. The public may have spoken but they did so based on a series of lies fr...

Re: Tyre choice?

An old scooter will be a lot less stable than a modern bike but it shouldn't feel that bad. If it's constantly weaving then something is amiss.

Re: EU, in or out?

OOPS seems theres been a bit of a misunderstanding about what the leave campaign said about immigration, well bugger me didnt spot that. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-eu-referendum-36629300 . Far from reducing immigration, Boris and others are now talking about increasing immigration from p...
