Re: Throttle cable

Have you changed the grips as well?

Check the simple things... failing that a few people are selling the throttle return springs that fit within your headset

Re: Kickstart engagement.

I had a similar problem with my scooter... I lengthened the slot for the kickstart pin by a couple of mm,and that allowed it to fully engage with first gear..

Re: Which cylinder ?

Mick makes a very good point, you need to budget £1000 + to get the engine in a fit state... then consider and exhaust and labour to do the work for you.

Its not a cheap hobby these days...

You need to work out what your budget is, and then you can sort out what you can get for that

Re: Exhaust for mb rt230 reed valve

I like the standard look, and the performance of an expansion. The JL3 snail goes great with the RT kits IMHO

Re: Mito Lambretta dealer info, or Jolly feedback...

Bought a Jolly Moto snail for my TS1... firstly they sent the wrong one... I then had to post it back and then they sent me the right one... Took 3 months to sort out...

The exhaust is amazing, really light weight compared to JL's. and a great fit... Performs really well too..

Re: Dealer

Yup... ordered from them in the past.

Delivery quite slow... (always got the impression that they only ordered the parts when you ordered from them)

No bother at all... plenty examples out there of how to complete the forms. Just send in the completed V55 with the required docs, and I got my V5 back in 12 days... this was just 4 weeks ago. No issue to complete yourself.

Re: What's you BGM RT 195 set up?

built a load of these.... PHBH 30 with JL3 Curly Pipe.... 4.8 final drive... just a great ride, pulls from low and revs out....

Plenty people using this carb on these engines too, and the jetting info is all very close. Doesnt drink much fuel either
