electricery

Newly build scooter using MB loom, casa switch (LI2) and cut out switch, jockies headlight.

When I fire it up I have speedo (sip), rear brake light, horn and main beam.

I don`t have pilot light, rear light or dip.

Any Idea what I have plugged in wrong?

Cheers

Re: Flywheel stator issue

Stripped the motor, measured the crankshaft, 1.1mm out, taking it to get streightened and selling the feker at a loss.

It will cost me £60 to send back and if they send me a new one, another £50 in vat and customs.
Last time I buy from SCK..

Re: Flywheel stator issue

Scooter center are not being very helpfull. It feels like they are misunderstanding me on purpose.

Im going to buy a new crankshaft and rebuild the motor then put the crankshaft in the lathe and measure it propper before I throw my toys out of the pram at them.
