Saigon Scooters Nissan Front Brake
Hi,
I have a Saigon Scooters Nissan front out board disbrake and it's in need of some TLC. I'm I right in thinking it needs to be removed from the rims to remove the caliper from the disk? Thanks in advance.

Rear Foot Brake Stub Circlip
Hi, The rear footbrake stub circlip grove is worn and the circlip wont stay on. I'm thinking of applying super glue before fitting a new circlip to see if this helps it stay put, but does anyone else have any ideas how to deal with this wear and tear? I've tried a "R" clip but this wasn't ...

Check olive is seating correctly. Make sure you've got a good clean sweep on the cable where it enters the hub. Did yo...

Kick Start Problem Runner Engine
Hi, I have a problem with the kick start on a Gilera runner SP 180. I have attached photos for you to look at. I think the part that is worn is called a “Kick Start Engagement Gear Washer” or a “castle washer”. Does this look worn to you and need replacing? Would I also need to replace the “kick sta...

Re: Lighting Problems No Front Or Rear Lights,
No comments. So, I’ve wired the lights so they're on all the time, taking a wire from the brown to the second black down on the light bulb holder. I always ride with the lights on so it’s the same as always in a kind of way. I think it may be a problem with the ignition black wire, any comments? Tha...
