Re: Any Ideas?
I wonder if the av264 is a bit small ..I have an RT 225 but on a mikuni TMX30 (was on a muggy225) and I put a bigger atomiser in and ended upping the main jet 260 to 280 as well and raised the needle one clip. Mine wouldn't behave until it had been on choke for several minutes...which I thought odd....

Re: Mikuni jetting help needed
what pilot is in it? mine (TMX30) on a 185 imola came with a 40 which drowned it ..got down to a 27.5 which allows you to set the main better...as for less than 190...? look on the carb setups on this site..excellent to show how off the mark you can be...see corrados set up with a TM27

Re: Mikuni TMX 30
slow reply but....MB BGM 225 TMX30 same needle 2nd clip 27.5 pilot PJ blocked off 270 main runs well...so far..may increase main to 280 for motorway work BS8e plug needs loads of choke before it will tick-over... tried a 20 pilot ran poorly...plus Darrel Taylor (scooter tuner/engineer) on here recom...
