Gear changes with the engine running were really lumpy and it struggled to go to 3rd past 2nd so I took the chaincase off for a look. With the case off and changing gear by manually moving the selector the "false neutrals" were really apparent. I've had some help over on the other channel ...

I've rebuilt a 150 special engine but can't set up the gears. New bits include... Bearings/seals Sliding Dog Selector pins, balls and spring Old original bits include Gear cogs and cluster Selector wishbone Layshaft End plate It all fits together well and shims up nicely. After asking a similar question I was advised to set it at around 19 degrees.

I'm pretty sure there's no problem with fitting the S1's but just out of interest, what's the size difference between the Cosa and PX rim?

I'm looking for a replacement to the Weatherman I've got on the rear of my P2 after noticing it's rubbing the clutch cover although there doesn't seem to be many people out there with the same problem.
At the moment I've put an S1 on there which gives more clearance but I'm not keen on it.
