rb22// nk race ..34mm delorto ..af rb crank thrashed for 4 years on silkolene scoot sport 2 at 4% never missed a beat. run it in my t5 mallossi at 3%

probarbly fuel and oil mixture through the drive side seal ..new seal needed

i sorted the noise problem on my rb22 with an nk race ... wear ear plugs

use a hydrolic press (a local garage will have one for bushes and bearings)and a long 8mm socket . the socket will press through the bearing and push the pin through and remove the link.. replace the bearings and pin as a set

my rb 22 ran fantasic though the gears with a li 150 box . now running a italian gp bit better in first and second as it don't lift the front so easy but both have the same final drive 5.2 . tried diferent sprockets on both boxes and standard is best... 16 was best on the li150 if you plan to do lot...

i omn a mk t5 with the 172 kit and ive had it for 4 year and its thrashed up and down motorways alot and runs great and .at tickover it rattles like feck and in that time i have done about 8-10'000 miles . it shows just how good the t5 mallossi kits are
