Should the port widening be the same size at the other end of the barrel?
Thanks

Re: Cast iron VS Aluminium cylinder
Is there a template for port clearing that I could print and stick to the barrel to start cutting/filing the ports.
Thanks

Re: Cast iron VS Aluminium cylinder
Too late
I've agreed to buy it,
I'll take some pics as soon as I'll receive it.
Would you be able to tell?
Otherwise I'll send it back
Thanks

Re: Cast iron VS Aluminium cylinder
the point is that i bought a cast iron one on ebay but then the seller told me
that there was a problem with the one i bought and suggested to go for an aluminium one for the same price.
is the aluminium one that bad for £75?
I am not sure if it's a Nikasill plated.
Thanks

Re: Lights go off at high revs...
Just tried all of the above, I also replaced the spark plug with a brand new one.
Still does it.
Weird!
I guess it's a touching wire but wich one??
Thanks

Re: Lights go off at high revs...
Well the dimming lights are happening also at normal speed, sometimes the lights go off. Also rear light goes off but stop light comes on if I hit the brake. Other than that I've had no problem with the engine dying. Tha problem is that I have to go home in a couple of hours (with no lights). Thanks...
