recomendations
Hi just got a ts1 200 kit,any recomendations on carb and exhaust?sill 200 gearing and have a tm24 carb,would this be any good?anyone running this?thanks for help in advance

Help needed tm 24
Help needed,sil 200,mikuni tm24,12.5 pilot,4dh7 needle with 185 main,seem to be running fine apart from pinking at 3/4 throttle when cruising and when giving it high revs on stand there is lots of fuel coming out the middle drain pipe,any ideas would be appreciated.thanks Pat.

Hi pal,not had the chance to change anything yet but was out yesterday and after 30 miles decided to pull over and check plug and discovered it running lean,gonna change to richer needle,seemed to be going well.Do you use the leaner needle?thought i d bossed it but never mind and what sort of miles ...

alright,setting up my carb and it seems to start better from cold with throttle 1/4 open,would this indicate pilot to small?set up is

Hi pal,i cant recomend mike phonix enough,drove down from west cumbria and he welded new stand strut and straightened frame while i popped into manchester for a two hours,then drove home.saved me a lot of time and money,top bloke.

Hi,i have a recently fitted a mikuni tm24 to my 200 sil motor,problem is at half throttle its 4 stroking(machine gun effect)but once u t 3/4 its fine, set up is -sil 200,42 mm clubby,standard air box(drilled),tm24 185 main,17.5 pilot standard needle 2nd clip from top,air mix screw 1 1/2 turns out. w...
