CAN ANYBODY HELP, TRYING TO SET UP MY NEW TOP END: 42MM CLUBMAN, 25MM DELLORTO WITH A NEW LTH REED VALVE. I HAVE HAD THE PISTON MODIFIED TO SUIT WITH A WINDOW CUT INTO IT. ANY TIPS GLADLY RECEIVED

which piston
can somebody help, I am running a race rapido 225, 48mm clubman, 25mm dellorto with an LTH reed valve. Wanting to fit a more superior piston, ie, Wiseco or a jap piston or one of MB's pistons. I have also put this on LCGB forum so apologies if you have already seen it.

New re-built engine all new oil seals bearings top end 200cc rapido rebored out to 225cc with new head 22mm jetex carb t5 stator conversion new coil fitted. Petrol getting to carb bowl but plug bone dry checked top of piston and head dry but bottom of the piston wet with petrol so scooter will not s...
