That looks like it will need a weld repair and boring out before replating. Your cheapest option would be to send it back to Tino as he will throw in a piston for the same price as Lancourts....He is apparently a bit slow though He no longer does this... he just pointed me at Cam Lam, finally gave ...

The head you have there is from the series 3 Imola, your mate must have a series 1 or 2 Imola. You can get the correct head from CamLam and probably elsewhere..

The mark 3 version has seven stud fixing so I guess you have a mark 1 or 2... I never had any problems with mine and it ran for 7 years before dropping a circlip and knackering the barrel, in that time it only had the rings replaced once.
