Scootopia did a rear rack for the GS150 that did not require any drilling, it was a replica of the Ulma one I believe....

I've seen variations in thickness of cork plates when I've measured them, just a little extra thickness on each plate adds up...... worth checking that also if you're saying the clutch basket you are using was working fine before.....

Cheers for that - just to clarify though, were you able to use your existing GS 10-pole ignition switch or did you have to use the SS180 switch type..?

Has anyone got experience of fitting one of these kits..? Are they good quality, reliable, etc...? ScootRS claim you can fit them using the original GS160 10-pole ignition switch and wiring loom through the use of an add-on wiring loom that they supply with the kit, is this true..? What I meant to say was the Stealth pipe on ebay was built with cone dimensions to suit the reed valved TS1 and RB cylinders, and therefore would not suit a piston ported motor....

According to this months Scootering there is a 'new' CASA 225 for 200 casings (and small block) about to be launched. The old ones you should avoid as the pistons slap like crazy in them due to a manufacturing cock-up, Scootopia withdrew them from sale as a result.
