BGM Pro Competition Dampers

Quick question,
The new BGM Pro Competition Front Dampers, they advertise both compression & rebound, does this mean that if desired and set up correctly you can effectively run them without any springs ?

Re: PKW 24mm which baseline jets & needle ?

There is a lot of good information regarding the set up of PWK carbs here: http://www.duncanracing.com/TechCenter/ ... g-2015.pdf Baseline suggestions look to be ball park, JJK-3 or 2nd clip, 120 & 38. The main issue I've seen is fuel flow when WOT, there is a small nipple in the bottom of the f...

Re: Carb Spitback Help??? its getting to me now.

If the inlet timing is large >145° it will spit back at low revs, have you taken any readings to see exactly what you inlet timing is, it would be good to know. Also the Muggy has a boost port feed through a hole in it's piston at 12'O'clock, good idea check this is not protruding into the inlet a B...

Currently I'm running a Rapido race that was purchased second hand as it had a seize, this was re-bored to 70.4, and fitted a new piston (Indian jobby with Asso rings) along with a LT...

Re: Keihin carb problem

I had a similar issue with a PWK when it was fitted with a clear plastic bowl, it warped over time on the back edge and would not seal. Threw it away & fitted an ally one all is good and has been for a few years now.

Re: Starts but won't go

I've see exactly this on a VaspaT5, it was a faulty stator pick up unit.

Re: Stainless v Mild Steel Exhausts

Thank you for the feedback its much appreciated.
it seems the decision is most likely to be a reliability or an aesthetic one rather then down to outright performance, thank you.
