Yea the 3 bolts that hold the stator if its them, grind the tops down, af used to supply half hight bolts with the original light fly wheel cos of the same problem, personaly i would have to get the screws out of the flywheel magnets cos i cant see them staying were they are long term, this is only ...

If it was mine i would have mag flang machined for extra clearence, but an easy and fast way is to grind or file the bolt heads down. The screws you undone need to be secure or they will come out and make a hell of a mess try some new ones and lock tyte if that dont do it re tap to next size up but ...

I may be wrong on this but my understanding of it is this GP 125 uses li/sx nu205 were as GP 150 - 200 uses nu2205. You mite have a GP 125 crank in your 150 from new. The difrence is in the GP 125 crank were the sleave of the bearing go's on is longer like an li/sx hence the nu205. I am happy to be ...

Lots of heat on the case and it should drop out. I would put new bearing in anyway

Interestingly, took this one one the left out of my Injun Vijai whilst restoring. As you can see, compared to the standard SIL one on the right, the rubber goes all the way through :shock: I now put silicone in the void on new mounts and leave it to go off. Can't do any harm and may prolong the lif...
