The T5 flywheel side bearing does sit proud by about a mil.
This is why so many T5 casings have had the bearing go through the casing at assembly.
Sound like crank out of true, also check the drive bearing

SI or PHBH type. All SI carbs sre made by Spaco now, regardless if the are labelled Pinasco, BGM etc. Ive use the 24E, 26E and 24G, with no problems at all on tuned and untuned P2 and T5. I had this and it turned out to be stator, it had what appeared a good spark outside the bike, all readings were good. Put a clean plug in and it would sometimes fire, once running revving clean on the stand... Turn it off and wouldnt start. I pulled a stator from a runner and bingo. Put new pick up...
