Re: SIP Tubeless & Scoot RS disc brake fitment

Thanks - that's unfortunate.

Any ideas on getting the studs out without damaging the paint on the hub?

SIP Tubeless & Scoot RS disc brake fitment

Does anyone know if you can fit a SIP tubeless rim onto a Scoot RS front outboard disc setup without fitting the extended studs? My hub is painted and the original studs are stuck solid and I could do without heating the hub and knackering the paint.

Cheers

Re: MZ head mod

I use one on my roadgoing RB230 with no cowlings, no fan and cut down mag housing. My head temp gauge rarely goes above 100 deg, averaging about 70 deg.

The huge head dissipates the heat really well. Plug changes require the shock to be removed but not the bump stop.

The seat base on Supertune was made by my clubmate from Hayling as a one off. The pad was made by the legend - Andy Nixon who also stiched in the Supertune logo. Cheers Andy!
