Re: sand/shot blasting lincoln area

Think Terry Weston on Westminster Road Industrial Estate does shot blasting for heavy steel and there was a place at Frieston Heath Lane at Caythorpe that did soda blasting for engine cases and prep for powder coat.

Re: Mikuni TM24 post your set ups.

Like you, put mine back in the box for now, cut hole in the side panel and fitted an LTH Stage 6 reed valve with a PWK copy 28 power jet with a gauze filter taped to the side panel, with very nice results. Have the idea that the fuel delivery on the TM to the float chamber is lacking due to the deli...

Re: Lidl Airbrush Set

I looked at that to replace my current set up. The pressure is low and the 'air brush' is just a small spray gun, my Badger 150 basic air brush would not work well on that pressure if at all.

Re: indian headset ?

As a quick guide, the outside dimension of the gear change housing where it meets the headset is approx 38mm on an Italian style and approx 42 on the latter Indian style. My 78 GP has the thinner type.

Re: Mikuni TM 24 bogging down with breathe sweet filter

Corrado, yes I have the 5N13 fitted, also have a 5N14, 4DH7, 5J8 and 5J20. The problem with other needles, other than the 5N14, is the start of the taper, which is up to 3mm higher than the 13 so all richer than wanted. The needle diameter before the taper is the same on all jets, hence needing the ...
