GP Spitfire MK1
Been finished for approx. 1 year now, some pics showing bits and bobs being done. Designed and built by me, as well as the one off bits, spitfire exhaust grills, brake pedal etc. The paint was done by Steve Barnes, the seat and covers by custom scooter covers: https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4690/276...

Re: AF road cassette clutch
I rotated the cassette around until I found the best fit, but still a bithard to push in and out.
Filed the plate ears slightly and now goes in and out fine, very tight fit with bush in place though.
I will try it and see the results

AF road cassette clutch
Hello,
Just bought one and the cassette doesn't move very well in the crown wheel.
Is it best to needle file the ears of the cassette or the crown wheel so that the cassette slides up and down easier?
If it is too loose does it cause problems?
Thanks.

Re: Is this TS1 barrel still useable?
They aren't actually seize marks Grumpy, they are where the circlip tang was dragged up and down the barrel.
I was going to try and carefully polish them out

Hello, Piston circlip broke and went up the side of the piston :x Can this barrel still be salvaged and used and if so what is the best way to do it? https://farm9.staticflickr.com/8434/28276093340_a5d89f2376_h.jpg https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7657/28276093080_d5aa621be0_h.jpg https://farm9.static...
