Hello,
Is there anyone who makes custom seats to a specific size etc?
I am after a bolt down racing type seat that would cover the petrol flap, or blanked frame where the flap was, but stop short of the air scoop.

Did the holes line up ok or did you need to redrill some of the holes? I've used one of these bosses on a sil flywheel and was easy fit, just needed to tap the holes in the flywheel to screw bolts in for a nice tight fit. Has the keyway lined up in the same position? Did the old rivets take much re...

if the boss taper is not damaged and the magnets are not damaged,then your in luck just bolt it back on with some high shear strength allen cap dome heads and nylock nuts (ring cam lam for the correct place to bolt it up though,or a mates) get it back together for the price of 6 bolts! When you say all of the holes don't line up, do enough of them line up to get the boss central or did you have to do a lot of jiggling around to get it correct? when you take off the cheese boss the big hole it leaves is a perfect fit for the new boss,its spot on in the middle,, its just the smalle...
