The old nut is a pike nut, with unlimited thread. I just don’t understand. I bought it from a quality dealer.Where everything is British made
That doesn't mean its good quality, its usually quite the opposite.

Scootopia don’t seem to sell them separate from the handles. I’ve found them on scooter restorations now, despite looking previously. Cheers.

Side panel handle nylon washers

Anyone know a source other than beedspeed for the nylon washers that go between the panel handle and side panel itself? I’m struggling to find them on their own. I can’t find standard ‘non-Lambretta’ nylon washes in M12 that are thin enough either...

Cheers

Stand foot hitting exhaust

Not sure if this is normal or not.... So the stand strut/crossmember is new, replaced my Mike Pheonix, the stand is a new MB one with bump stop (although no rubber fitted yet) and the exhaust is a Scootopia clubman.... There's no more movement in the stand brackets to push stand further over so it c...

PHBH "Ports"

Hi guys, I've tried searching and can't find an answer to this. What are these two ports/tubes, one either side of my PHBH? Do I need to do anything with them? https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/49598768583_5a9eebb40b_k.jpg IMG_1390 by Neil Schofield , on Flickr https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...

Re: BGM front dampers, too short....

Returned the BGM ones and got some original style ones in chrome and they fit perfectly. After speaking to a few suppliers/dealers and getting them them measure the dampers eye to eye the original style type all come in at 245mm when fully extended whereas the BGM ones are 235mm....

Re: BGM front dampers, too short....

I've ordered a set of standard style dampers to try and see what they're like

Re: BGM front dampers, too short....

Thanks guys, I really don't want to move the brackets and have to strip down and repaint the forks. The bracket are welded just at the bottom of the spot weld on the fork yes but like I said in my first post according Sticky's book (and anything I can find on the internet) they are positioned corre...
