thanks. ordered the kit, it`s a build for a friend who hasn't had a Scooter since the 90`s. did you get a choice of inlet manifolds when you ordered the kit ? seen various places that do these kits say there is a lh or rh inlet option for 30mm carbs , but cant find one for sale is the LH one revers...

think of it as an opportunity to get to know your machine , id buy the Stickys spanners manual if not already got it as will be invaluable for home maintenance i wouldnt take for granted certain matenance tasks have been done or done well unless can be backed up by bills for work/ parts . an engine ...

So looking at a dealer built quattrini with vape ignition/ 5 speed box etc from a bare casing you would not get any change from 5k dont think thats too far off if you use the uni replacement casings and an AF 5speed . if use casa performance casings add about £1500 add another £500 for a casa 5spee...

the big question is what is your budget ? will it be a self build / dealer built/assisted? what casings original or replacement eg casa /misano/ uni/ GT? gearbox 4/5 speed / clutch/ignition / pipe are other expensive items to factor in . i spent around £5.5k on my GT240 dealer built engine some of m...
