Re: BLOA dead?
His address given for the bankruptcy is not the address he claims to be living at on Facebook. It looks to be the Liverpool address he has been using previously https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10158164369886473&set=a.10150189497736473&type=3&theater On his facebook page he has tw...

Re: Insurance and breakdown
Some of the breakdown insurances bought independently from the insurance cover may not cover you abroad because of age and engine size. Read policy carefully before relying on it. On another note I once told Carole Nash about the upgrades (suspension, exhaust carb, gearbox etc) on my scooter and the...

Re: TS1 225 Kits - advice please
I ran a BGM on my TS1 down to Avignon. Whilst it wasn't the same as the devtour previously fitted it gave pretty good performance until the crank went lol. Try the BGM before you buy any other exhaust you might be surprised. I'm not 100% sure but I think some of the London Lambretta Club tested some...

Re: Oxford oxsimiser 900 or optimate 4
I've used the optimate for a couple of years and it keeps the battery 'alive' during the winter months. Prior to that I had to buy a new battery each new season so it works for me.

Re: New 200 sil engine case availability
Be careful, a lot of the casings on the market are not SIL anymore. Not sure who actually has original casings in stock anymore. Could try Paul at Oiltek, although it doesn't look as though he has them in stock. Getting quite hard to get hold of now. https://www.oiltek.co.uk/detail.asp?id=125 Also W...

Re: iow discount code
It should be noted you can't use the code to travel on either Friday or the Monday. I would imagine that nearly all riders would use one of those days at least.

Re: Hole in TS1 225 Piston - Bit of a mystery so far
You swapped the needle jet from 2nd clip 58 to ? 56. That looks to be the main answer. I don't understand these things but looks to be that it was too big a jump. Could have tried just moving circlip up first just to lean your mixture slightly. Then as I understand it if that doesn't weaken carb eno...
