the falc guy compared numerous fan designs for use with his kits and decided that none were efficient enough, so he designed his own plastic ones, similar set up to vespatronic. Pretty sure the info is in the interview with him in scootering.

what you could do is, once you put the bar ends on, peel back the grip an drill a hole through the tube and in to the bar end so your able to fit a grub screw to keep it on?

to make metal rust quiker p155 on it.
