Re: POLINI 210 ALLOY on DT,s DYNO

I know what you mean eibargum. 55 to 60mph is well fast enough for me these days, but it is the low down power that is nice to have! Just put a Casa 185 kit on my LI150 S, and it is really comforting to know that if necessary, I can overtake without worrying if I will get round!

Re: Lambretta LI125 S3

If starting is becoming, or is, a problem, I would consider getting the flywheel remagnetised, (assume you are still on 6 volts). My LIS150, was the same, some days it would start, then stop for no reason. Could kick it dozens of times, to no avail! Finally decided, after trying most other obvious t...

Re: New Member

Hi Rick. Welcome to the forum. Not had any personal experience of buying, or owning a Vietnamese scooter, but, from what I have read, and seen pics of, over the years, I would be very wary! They look great from the advertising pics, and cheap, but most/many, appear to be cobbled together from any av...

Re: Tyre Choices

Another vote for the SccotSmarts. Have them on my S3, only done 5 or 600 miles on them, but had no issues, and will definitely use again.
