I’m now thinking after spending £200 getting my panels respayed it the exhaust hitting it. New shock maybe have picked up some old jet clips that look to be stronger. Fingers crossed they stay on

Did the you get a full kick before changing shaft ? I be looking at that again b4 buying new kickstart pedals . The MB Lever is very sturdy and functional. It gave me a much longer kick. Once set with a touch of loctite, the adjustable step hasn’t moved. But, it’s hardly good looking and the actual pedal is at an angle towards you. That looks a bit odd to me but maybe it was designed specifically like that. ...

MB adjustable Kickstart
Has anyone tried the MB adjustable Kickstart lever. I seem to have lost 50% of my kick since replacing the sharft. I moved it back one splin and it’s almost perfect apart from the clicking. What's the state of the panel buffer on the outrigger? If it's badly worn this can cause the panel to be loose. Not great, it’s always been the right hand side. I think the panel is twisted the clips are weak and the buffer is shot. I likes to make it 100% when I’ve got the panel redone. It was alw...

Are the panels straight and fit nicely all along the loop? Nope they are not great, they are a pig to fit That could be half your problem. If the panels aren't flat they'll be sprung when you force them into place. How would the best way to get them flattened? The problem panel is the right hand side

Yes they are clip on, not original panels. They were newish clips with rubber on to make them tighter. I’m sure after a few months they get lose again
