Re: Retard, advance, retard add-on ignition profile?

Hi all, I run a number of linear advance/retard profile add-on ignition modules (e.g. M-Tech & Agusto) on various motors and like what they do, however, I am building a high capacity motor and am looking to reduce the effort required to kick-start... and particularly looking to reduce the stress th...

Ceramic bead blasting - engine cases

Wondering if anyone has had the engine cases ceramic bead blasted to give that satin polish shine effect? Place I normally use has replaced the machine so no more ceramic, sadly. Af rayspeed cassette clutch set up

I had the same issue with an BGM clutch. Used a shortened clutch arm, MB sell them now. And filed an old lever so that out opened further. Together they gave me more travel and got rid of the drag.

Re: Heavy LTH clutch.

They both work perfectly but I’ve found the LTH to be a bit on the heavy side. As for the Readdpeed what a great clutch for the money. I've had nothing but trouble with the BGM dragging. Ended up fitting a shorter clutch arm and a different lever that I have filled down so that it opens further and...

Heavy LTH clutch.

I had to take the clutch apart anyway to inspect my gearbox and change my hub bearing. I’ve fitted some softer springs and changed the inner and outer clutch cable. It’s a lot better now but not mega light like my BGM clutch fitted to another scoot. I’ll just have to live with it. I've a BGM clutch...
