Looking 4 Extra long brake cable outer
Looking for one ser.3 rear brake cable outer that's about 2 inches longer than stock. If even longer, that's fine, I can cut it down. Anyone know where I can find one or a similar motorcycle cable outer? The rear cable outer I have is 25 1/2 inch. I need a 26 1/2 or even better, a 27. Longer ...

Re: Wossner piston in RB20?
It is hard not to feel like some distributors will sell off some older stock they can't get rid of when one finds out there is a better version available when it's not advertised there is even a choice...

Re: Wossner piston in RB20?
I respect your opinions on the subject and agree both the humiliator and annihilator were great kits for the 1990's and they did their best with the very limited choices of piston available at the time. But it is far from the 90's and now a large choice of pistons and kits. Since there is now a pist...

Re: Wossner piston in RB20?
That's what I thought. Thanks for the help. I ordered a new piston from rayspeed. I'll post pictures of the new piston in the bore with marked peg location. I will also mention at that time the name of the German supplier who said it's fine to run the pegs running across the ports. They need to take...

Re: My current Lambrettas
Thanks! It's not so bad when the projects are spread over 20 years. Plus I built them so no labor costs.

Re: Wossner piston in RB20?
I would leave it to a professional to re peg it, if it comes to that. Not sure who reliably does that. Can't seem to find one stateside. Might be cheaper just to call rayspeed, ask them about it and order the correct piston depending on what they say. The measurement of the piston to cylinder cleara...

Re: Wossner piston in RB20?
I bought the unused kit without a piston. Just thought I'd ask here before bothering rayspeed. Seems to be a common conversion. I did a search here but it doesn't seem to have been a topic. Logic tells me the shop I bought from is trying to pull the wool over my eyes. Thanks for the help!

Wossner piston in RB20?
http://scoot.net/gallery/bbs/67248.jpeg I bought a 65.5mm wossner piston from a German supplier. When I went to install it I noticed the ring pegs are over the open sections of the intake port. This is in my opinion not correct. I asked the supplier what is going on and was told that's how they are...
