I have found exactly the same problem as you Martin with the 42mm AF Clubman I have fitted to my 185cc Li . Its just too noisy for neighbours and little country villages . I bought a 38mm standard clubman and manifold last year but haven't found the time to fit and test it yet. i am a little worrie...

why is it that we are not able to edit our posts in the first 60 seconds or so. ? If I think of something to add or notice a spelling or grammatical error or a typo I am unable to edit it. :roll: I know that I have mentioned this before and a short editing period is added for a while but it soon rev...

changed - now ready for someone to take it off my hands. I'm too old and too knackered. If you haven't got another scooter,you'll miss it.Nothing to tinker with on these long cold winter nights.By the way I'm 70 in January,messing about with mine keeps the old grey matter going. 70 eh ! the big one...

blimey..... :shock: . how fast do you want to go around town ?

if your Mugello185 isn't fast enough there must be something wrong with your setup or tuning surely.
have you carried out any acceleration speed tests using a GPS or fone app?
