I have found exactly the same problem as you Martin with the 42mm AF Clubman I have fitted to my 185cc Li . Its just too noisy for neighbours and little country villages . I bought a 38mm standard clubman and manifold last year but haven't found the time to fit and test it yet. i am a little worrie...

why is it that we are not able to edit our posts in the first 60 seconds or so. ? if your Mugello185 isn't fast enough there must be something wrong with your setup or tuning surely.
have you carried out any acceleration speed tests using a GPS or fone app?
