gp 150 with a casa 225 kit

i'm renovating a gp 150 for a friend that had an AF 230 kit it now has a cassa 225 that i have fitted , it already has a dellorto 34mm vshb , the side panel has a big f-off hole cut in it which is in the wrong place for the carb so it's going to be replaced with a new panel is it absolutley nessesar...

recomendations for who makes the strongest centre stand crossmember the the original has a hideousley welded repair so much so it is now unrepairable without a s**t load of fabrication

is there such a thing as a small end bearing to convert a 16mm wrist pin to fit an 18mm con rod ?
if there is where do i get one from

hello peeps i've been doing work on a friends gp 150 fitting a sip speedo it has an ally 230/225 af rayspeed cylinder , read kit 34 mm carb , i removed the cylinder head so i could make the temp sensor fit and found lots of random pitting in the cylinder there's more of it above the main intake port...

if you have an old inner-tube cut a piece big enough to cover bottom of the carb cut holes for the studs re-fit carb tighten down that's how i did it
