Fuel leak

I seam to have a small fuel leak between the tank and the petrol tap. I'm I right in thinking that there is a fibre washer that most likely needs replacing or is it the tap itself ? Apologies posted this in the wrong place originally. Many thanks

I've heard that this chap makes quality looms and am interested in buying from him. I have a DL125 6 volt ac (no battery) but might want to change to 12 volt at a later stage (still undecided). Being electronically challenged I'm not sure what to ask for. I've seen that there are universal looms out...
