Thanks for all your comment , can anyone think of a reason why its so tight on the crank normally they would release with a small amount of force ,cheers

Going to try pulley again in the morning with more force, maybe worth try with a big pulley on the outside edge, I would have to notch mag housing to get legs in

Used good extractor , didn't force it in , but it's so tight when turning extractor bolt it pulled the threads out

Can't remove flywheel
Trying to remove AF flywheel so I can replace low tension coil, when I used the flywheel extractor it stripped the threads in the boss,then tried 3 leg pulley through the slots but it just won't move, the engine was only built a few years ago with new race crank etc ..... Has anyone got any ideas I'...

my rally 200 ,sprayed at lens of shipley in 1978 ,note the bit of wood on the frame was to support the backrest
