not a lot to report since my last post, other than i have had it down the dragstrip at york raceway which is at melbourne, ive been twice upto now and hope to go again once more this year. met some very helpful scooter riders who have given me a few tips and help, i have not crashed it or broken it ...

sounding good eden , its easy to see how these motors are pretty special, to be able to maintain those speeds and to pull away so well, bet you will not ride anything else now, it will seem very slow compared to this.

the early vijay 150 box is actually a good gearbox as the jump between 3rd and 4th is even smaller than the indian gp200 gearbox, as said the mk2 box is dire as its got a massive jump between 3rd and 4th and is not good if you have a narrow powerband. i use the gearbox calculator on here look down t...

The better 'rebuildable' rear shock absorbers usually allow for some adjustment in length by virtue of the lock nut beneath the top eye, but you should be cautious on ensuring enough thread engagement. it rides just the same, sounds the same, but the exhaust has not been a problem since the flexi was fitted, simple fix to a troublesome problem.
