Wiring help needed pleeeease!

Newbie here so sorry if this has been asked a million times already. Have fitted electronic ignition to my Li125s, new standard loom was fitted as I originally wanted to restore as factory spec with coil & points etc but changed mind after lots of advice to go electronic. My question is where to...

Thinking back now, the dust cover and the clip were just loose in the toolbox when I bought the bike, that's why I couldn't remember where I had removed it from, lol :)

A quick update, panels back from paint shop (Ultimate Bike Paint) and seat now refurbished with new springs and cover. I have just discovered I have made a huge novice error by not checking the fit of both side panels before sending off for painting, not sure at the mo if it's the panel or the part ...
