Help needed. Series 2 frame dimensions
Could anyone please tell me the length of the front frame tube ( without the bearing races ) on a series 2, ie. the part where the forks go. Thanks.

Italjet Dragster leaking water
My new to me dragster is leaking coolant from arount the plastic skull cap. I've replaced the rubber skull cap gasket with a new genuine item but its still leaking from the same place. Just wondering if it could be the plastic skull cap itself that is warped and not clamping the gasket correctly. Ha...

If its for a lammy auto conversion it would be a lot easier to use the air cooled engine, thats what i did when i built my S2 auto, no need to worry about radiator positioning, routing water pipes etc. They are only a couple of bhp behind the lc equivilant and 25bhp is still easily attainable. piaggio rolling nut 125 2t engine, either air or water cooled. Tried and tested, lots of tuning parts available, makes from 20 - 35 bhp depending on the state of tune.

I'm looking to insure a vespa gts 300, best price on comparison sites is £207 which i feel is a bit steep, just wondered which firms people are using at the moment for decent prices?

Let me assure you, i'm sure nobody is bored with the updates, i for one check eveyday to see how much progress you have made.
