Spanish 150s Stator
Hi Guys Trying to re wire the restoration project but having trouble with the stator. There are only 2 wires coming off the stator but should there be 3. No battery and it's 6v. If so where does it go. Any photos would be great. http://s875.photobucket.com/user/stu1066/media/MotoVespa%20150S%20Resto...

Re: Needle bearings
I got creative and I've managed to get them in. I got some doweling (well the end of a paint brush) which was slightly smaller diameter than the bar that goes through and cut it to the width of the spring. I then packed it out with the needle bearings and offered it up. The metal rod pushed the dowe...

Re: Needle bearings
If that's the input gear shaft then no. The front spring where the shaft that holds the brake shoes runs through. Tricky little buggers and tow rows of them

Needle bearings
Any tips for getting the needle bearings back in the front spring on a 150s? I've tried holding them in place with grease but not having much luck. Are there any bearings in a cage available.

Re: Flywheel thread
The puller is from beedspeed I'm taking the engine over to buzz solo motor tomorrow worst case is a new flywheel for 50 quid hopefully sorted with the correct puller. Mate reckons a pk my fit over the crank so that's option 2.

Flywheel thread
I'm currently restoring a Moto Vespa 150s and the flywheel thread is stripped so a puller won't get it off. Two things: How can I get the flywheel off and can the thread be repaired or re tapped to the size of a PX flywheel puller. I thing the thread is 22mm and a PX puller is 26mm.

Cable Routing
The restoration is coming along nicely on the 150s but I need some help with front brake and speedo cable. There is only one hole in the fork leg so which cable runs down the centre of the fork leg and how is the other one routed.
