what i do it cut and shap a bit of metal to fit in side the panel and then cut were the split is with a saw and spotweld the plate on the weld the split up to the plate job done

hi i have a runner 125 two stroke with a f##ked engine. got one of ebay for it but it does not have the variator or the clutch with it. the outer caseing are diferent as my engine had the clutch nut on the out side of the caseing and the new one has it on the inside are the variator and clutch inter...

i used px floor runners for a gp before i set the runner on the floorboards to make it for cutting and welding.

hi i have a ts1 225 that has a mrb inlet manifold with an outside dia of 40 mm the carb i going to use it a 34 vhsa with an out side dia of 45 mm will it be ok to use a steped carb rubber on it or will i be better of getting a new manifold for it
