are you using the type of filter that has a separate metal blanking plate ? I once put one in at the bellows end instead of the back end if that makes sense lol if you have it won,t get any air until you take the bellows off

yes, only problem area pushing through are the Top Hats stopping the cable, easier if you take the bridge piece off to ease it through

you can slacken off the rear adjuster then pull it through at the pedal end easy enough, if you have a new cable with the threaded end at rear i would use that ! much better than the bulky original adjuster

Hi, thanks for reply, yes its a series 2, speedo does work ok just not happy with the tight curve at the wheel, iv,e got a new cable here but iv,e a feeling its the same length, the length of the inner cable is 46 inch so if anyone out there has one longer i would be greatful to know where you got i...

Hi. Does anyone know the best place to buy a speedo cable. The one I have fitted looks a bit short resulting in a tight curve at the wheel.
