Rich - timing set at 17deg and no ,the others listed are mates or details found on this and the LCGB forum - I don't think any are using a BGM Clubman . Sorry about the fettling :? As you can see below I started with Rons suggestion ( always helpful ) and went from there , numerous plug check rides later I've ended up fairly happy ( probably a touch on the rich side TBH )

Hi - I'm running the same spec as you - Avanti 225 - 30PHBH ( No Filter ) - BGM Clubman and it took quite a bit a fettling but this is what I ended up with
Mixture - Out 2 1/4 turns
Pilot - 57
Atom - AV 266
Needle - X7 2.5 clip from top
Slide - 50
Main - 122

Early cases (e.g. TV200) do not have the additional mounting lug cast into the casing. Remember you will able to compress the clutch a lot more with a compressor than with the lever and cam ( when in operation on the scoot) - just check approx how much movement in the plugger inside the chain case when when you move the clutch arm - then tighten the compressor by a similar amount and ...

Yes - I finally used an adjustable tie bar to give some flexibility while setting up If I was fitting one now I wouldn't follow the dimensions on the Scootrs site ,I would mount the bracket a bit lower - ideally I would use the bolt on bracket and play with the position until I was 100% happy prior ...
