having a problem with my pk 50/135 got no lights indicators horn etc ,any ideas ???

fitted a new malossi 136 kit with direct reed to my pk using a phbl 24 having high idle problems no amount of mixture screw or tickover screw seems to help ,after idle the carb works fine mid and top end plug looks healthy light tan colour .
