Re: Tv175 disc brake squeal
I can’t help I’m afraid, my SX200 squealed with cintered pads. I just put up with it and eventually it stopped on it’s own. I never found a solution.
As an aside, I’m not a fan anyway my well set up hub with shoes on my SX150 is a much better brake.

Re: BGM vs Avanti ex-box
Sorry didn’t realise the Ex box wasn’t in the Scootering article, Seen the you tubes but they only do a touchy feel compare. My question really is the pipe a bit more low down tourqey to pull the gearing better? The scooter will do 70gps now and that’s enough for me but wouldn’t want to lose the top...

BGM vs Avanti ex-box
Anyone any experience of how the Ex-box performs with a Mugello 186 compared to a BGM clubman? I know there was an article in scootering a couple of years ago but I can’t find it. I’m bored during this lockdown s**t and wondered if it was worth trying the Ex-box. I’m running an Li 150 box with 16 fr...

Re: SH1/20 carb question
My thoughts too..
It’s just a pal reported fuelling problems after I replaced a worn needle as a solution to consistent carb flooding and overflow??
Cheers steve

SH1/20 carb question
Morning chaps,
Quick question, does the float needle in a SH1/20 carb act as a simple on/off switch for fuel or does it act as a fuel regulator based on actual fuel usage and float position at any point in time?
Cheers steve

Re: Tyre Sealant
I use goop in tubes and it does work. Rear puncture went down slowly, easy stop.
