AF refund return postage costs???. I sent a faulty piston back and asked them to put 4 piston circlips in the replacement box. The scumbags still charged me a fiver to send it back to me.

Have a look at Plastex. It can be used to repair many things including screens and come in clear as well as other colours.

I broke down on way back from a euro 40k from the ferry in Zeegbrugge, with four hours to spare. The phone call to CN started a nightmare. Summary is the AA wouldn't take me to the ferry. After many years scootering and buying many bits from dealers up and down the country and in europe, the best customer service I've ever had was from Ron, by a country mile. I remember many suffered when the TS1 came out thirty years ago. If we'd had forums then, some would've gone out of business. ...

Ditto the cozy worship. I started out at sixteen fettling my primmy in the back yard. Quickly moved to a tarpaulin over the washing line to fix the Lammy and have eventually progressed to a nice warm garage with toys.
