Contact dean at Rimini , same thing happened to me after 25 miles ,and a friends lasted a couple of hundred , you need the latest cluster , v4 I think it is , dean replaced all the busted parts but it did take over 4 months and that was after waiting nearly 5 months after sending the first cluster b...

Not all of them as far as i am aware, the one i have has been faultless , its the upgraded on that has failed .

I have been in contact with Dean and everything will be sorted by the end of January ,there is a new and even stronger cluster being made so we will see how that one works, its just to hard to go back to a 4 speed after a 5 speed , its probably the best thing I have purchased for a lambretta , cheer...

Hi Adam Darren here ,my tune is mugello 225 v4 , franspeed race , variatronic with modified 1.2 kg flywheel ,34mm vm mikuni ,60mm crank, I have spent a lot of time porting the cylinder and the timings are as follow, ex 190 ,transfer 130 , inlet 165 , this motor is all top end power ,now on a 4 speed...

Ok, can anybody tell me if the hole in the gear cluster for the clutch pressere plate which was optional in the version 1 , did they carry this over to the version 2 as well Cheers daz.

My cyclone gearbox has a hole in the gear cluster for the early type clutch pressure plate, can anybody tell me if this is a v1 or did they carry this on to v2 as some dont seem to have this , i dont realy feel like pulling the gearbox out to check the numbers unless i have to , cheers Daz.
